Newrest Morocco launches its culinary training program

A step forward to support our chefs and cooks in their daily work.

An innovative culinary training

For several months, a collaborative dynamic has been put in place to develop an innovative culinary training, structured in several modules.

This training, the result of teamwork, has been designed to meet the needs of chefs and cooks working in our collective catering activities, specifically in the business and administration sectors.

The first module completed in January

On January 18, an important milestone was reached with the completion of the first module entitled “Entrées dressées” (Plated Starters).

The training chefs were introduced to the module content by Chef Hicham Allam, Executive Chef of Newrest Morocco. His expertise and commitment ensured optimal transmission of skills and know-how.

A dedicated book

To accompany this training, a book dedicated to plated starters has been developed. This support constitutes a valuable tool to ensure the consistency and excellence of culinary preparations by all the chefs in the kingdom. It reflects both the creativity and the high standards that characterize our approach.

A deployment in 2025

With this first module, we are embarking on a new stage in our ambition to enhance talents and raise the quality of our services. The training will soon be deployed to our chefs and cooks, marking the beginning of a rewarding and innovative culinary adventure.
