Every year, Newrest’s Marketing and Design teams create a program of themed activities designed to bring our collective catering environments to life around the world. Created to enrich the dining experience, these programs combine discovery, learning, and enjoyment around a unifying theme.

This new season welcomes CIVILIZA, an invitation to travel across eras and civilizations, feeding both curiosity and appetite.

A concept inspired by consumer trends

Always attentive to evolving consumer trends, our Marketing teams explore a wide range of sources of inspiration every year, including emerging food concepts, signature products, culinary books, fashion trends, films, and cultural phenomena. Once the annual theme and monthly highlights are defined, the Design teams bring the concept to life through a complete visual universe that can be deployed across Newrest sites throughout the year.
