A highlight from our seminar: the Cooking Show in Marrakech

During our triennial seminar, our chefs took center stage for a vibrant and inspiring Cooking Show, celebrating the richness of Moroccan cuisine.

 

Four pairs of chefs went head-to-head in a friendly competition, each duo showcasing their creativity, technical expertise and passion for their craft.
The first team consisted of Selçuk AVCI, Executive Chef Türkiye and Rémy Tranchida, Executive Chef Switzerland. In the second team we found Samy LAGET and Hicham Allam, Executive Chefs Morocco. Alexandre Cossette, Executive Chef France and Robinson Garrido, Executive Chef Chile were in the third. And the last team gathered Pavlos Simotopoulos, Executive Chef Greece and Luan Ten Cate, Executive Chef South Africa.

 

After an intense competition, the Morocco team finally stood out and claimed a well-deserved victory. More than just a competition, this Cooking Show was a great moment of connection, offering a platform to highlight our chefs’ know-how while creating an engaging and entertaining experience for all participants.
