A highly secure process

To protect collaborators, clients and passengers, Newrest takes particular care to respect safety and security rules in the take-off zone. This includes the deployment, in 2022, of a list of 8 Non-Negotiables specific to the inflight sector.

Constant training is the key to safety

To guarantee ramp safety and security, Newrest constantly trains its teams. Recently, in Costa Rica, the unit’s employees benefited from ramp safety training, using their own model aircraft and airport.
It’s a way for employees to be put into situations and practice co-activity, and thus avoid accidents in real-life situations.
