Newrest Gabon organized its 2024-2025 kickoff seminar to define the future strategy

On September 26th, the management of Newrest Gabon raised awareness among its team about the Group’s strategy by organizing a country seminar.

A day divided into 2 parts

The management organized the day in two parts:

• The objective of the morning was to examine, decide, and share the country’s strategy to meet the budget approved last August in Toulouse.
• In the afternoon, the teams were made aware of the Group’s DNA and values during a team building session led by an expert in psychology and anthropology.

A great opportunity to strengthen team cohesion

This event was an excellent opportunity to exchange ideas about the future of the Group and the company in Gabon. It also helped strengthen the bonds between colleagues through a participatory team building session, which ended in joy and good humor.

A lunch was organized to thank all the participants for their involvement in the seminar.
