Newrest Congo has obtained the ISO 9001:2015 certification

Newrest Congo is proud to announce the achievement of its ISO 9001:2015 certification. The next step for Newrest Congo is to obtain ISO 2200 certification, the certification is already in preparation and the audit will be done in the first half of 2020.

ISO 9001: 2015 is a standard that establishes requirements for a quality management system. It helps businesses and organizations become more efficient and increase customer satisfaction. This standard is based on a number of quality management principles, including strong customer focus, motivation and commitment from management, process approach and continuous improvement.
