A new contract signed in Morocco with CERPHOS

CERPHOS is the Research and Mineral Phosphates Study Center of the Office Cherifien des Phosphates OCP-GROUP. For this client, Newrest provides both hard and soft Facility Management services, such as cleaning and upkeep of green spaces in all common and private areas.

Newrest organizes the management of this contract with a dedicated expert on site, who oversees the entire contract for the client. The group has implemented the Fracttal CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) tool to automate and optimize the management of these installations.

Newrest wins new green space maintenance contracts in Polynesia

Newrest Facility Management Services (NFMS) Polynesia wins a new landscaping and grounds maintenance contract for its client, the OTP group (Office des Postes et Télécommunications). From July 2024, the Newrest group will be offering its services to maintain the green areas of branches around the island of Tahiti.

NFMS Polynesia has won 3 landscaping and grounds maintenance contracts on the island within a few months, reinforcing its expertise in Facility Management. The group is continuing to grow and is able to meet the needs of its clients, thanks to its Octopus offer.
