The PLAYOFF by Newrest restaurant is an innovative concept created by the teams of Newrest Restauration for the CREPS (Center of the Resources, Expertise and Sports Performance) of Toulouse Midi-Pyrenees. The development of this place around sports nutrition and well-being, honoring the products of the Occitanie region, is the fruit of a reflection on the different nutrition modes and new eating behaviors. Depending on their physical activity, guests are accompanied and guided by visual and digital tools to develop their menus.This restaurant, open 365 days a year, provides 400 services per day, divided between breakfasts, lunches and dinners.
