By collaborating with Transgourmet France, Newrest ensure the supply of its Île de France sites with products from organic agriculture. This association fits into the “Jardins de Pays” effort, the first branch by Transgourmet, a delivery actor, to promote local products and encourage short circuits.

Newrest Restauration offers customised catering solutions and believes in a big importance for healthy eating. “La Ferme Coralys” is a diction that confirms Newrest’s commitments towards collaborators, clients and producers. In terms of food security, local initiatives and trained teams. “La Ferme Coralys” covers mostly three types of products : meat and charcuterie, egg-products and dairy-products and fruits and vegetables.

It is the Pommereaux farm, at Vernou-en-Sologne in Loir-et-Cher (41), that was chosen by Transgourmet to provide Newrest Restauration in tomatoes and courgettes from organic agriculture. The planned production for 2018 has tripled compared to the 2017 plans. A visite to the farms was organised on the 15th of May to bring together the different actors of this collaboration.
