Two years of excellence in catering at Salt Lake City

September 10^th marks 2 laps around the sun for the Salt Lake City team. In that time, we have catered 125,893 flights, prepared 1,808,213 meals, met countless Delta crew and all around worked incredibly hard to perform at the near perfect levels. The SLC Team is currently catering at 31 perfect days this August.To celebrate the milestone of 2 years in SLC, our leadership team carved some time to celebrate the milestone with great food, and recognition with all team members. Preparations by our leaders included tent setup, food preparation, inviting some friends, all to reminisce on how far Newrest USA has come in such a short amount of time.

Our production leadership team continues to capitalize on way to repurpose inventories that would otherwise be lost to create great meals. These meals will be donated to some of our nonprofit organization that we have partnered with in SLC valley.
