At Newrest, catering is much more than just a meal, it’s a whole experience! That’s why each year, we introduce a new themed animations program to turn your lunch break into a festive moment.

The previous edition, AROM, highlighted spices and other aromatic treasures of the world, stimulating all the senses to delight the taste buds. Rich in flavors, colors, and textures, it left a lasting impression with its unique taste experiences.

Newrest will take its guests on a journey with its NOMAD animations program!

This year, it’s time to escape! In 2025-2026, our chefs will introduce guests to spices and other aromatic treasures of the world. Discover NOMAD, our new animations program!

Each month, a destination is highlighted through recipes inspired by the local culinary culture, accompanied by decorative elements and materials that reflect the local atmosphere. This approach invites guests to explore new flavours and open up to new horizons.

The season started in September with Guadeloupe that brought a touch of sunshine to the table. Guests were able to enjoy typical specialties such as West Indian blood sausage; vegetable curry and banana flambé. A true immersion in Caribbean gastronomy. And this month, a change of scenery with a stopover in the United States. The atmosphere is getting more urban and delicious with a selection of typical street food!

And this is just the beginning… So see you in the coming months for even more adventure and discovery with NOMAD!
