Newrest Wacasco signed an Integrated Facility Management contract for Huawei Oman

Newrest Wacasco has been awarded the opportunity to provide Integrated Facility Management (IFM) services to Huawei Oman. The scope of this engagement includes the servicing of Huawei’s headquarters offices in Mascate as well as an additional out-of-station office in a separate location.

A full spectrum of Integrated Facility Management services

The IFM services are divided into two main categories: Soft FM and Hard FM services.

Soft FM services include general and special cleaning, waste disposal, indoor plant gardening, pest control, security, reception and help desk operations, mail and courier collection and dispatch, basic pantry services, provision of office printing consumables and supplies, as well as office boy services.

Hard FM services encompass facility inspection and fault reporting, preventive and predictive maintenance, EHS environment indicator testing and remediation, account management, and fixed asset management services.
