Professional training is a strategic lever to anticipate market needs and develop sustainable skills. The partnership between Newrest Morocco Services and the Bab Rayan Association aligns with this approach.
What if training a young talent meant changing the future of an entire profession?
With this conviction, Newrest Maroc Services and the Bab Rayan Association have launched the second cohort of the training program dedicated to careers in concession catering. This initiative firmly anchors Newrest’s CSR strategy in tangible action: combining operational excellence with lasting human commitment.
On October 28, 2025, an integration ceremony marked this new beginning at the Bab Rayan Training and Integration Center in Casablanca. The event officially launched the training of 30 interns for the role of Multi-skilled Catering Agent.
The ceremony brought together young trainees, teaching teams, and representatives of Newrest Maroc to celebrate this commitment to employment.
An intensive program for sustainable integration
The curriculum is designed to transform trainees into qualified professionals in less than a year:
- Duration: 40 weeks in total.
- Theory: 28 weeks (588 hours) of courses at the Bab Rayan Training Center.
- Practice: 12 weeks (420 hours) of intensive internships at Newrest sites.
Each participant benefits from personalized support, a mentor from Newrest teams, and a tailored career plan aimed at facilitating future professional integration within the group.
A CSR commitment that creates tangible opportunities
Beyond technical training, this partnership reflects a concrete ambition: opening doors for those who need it most.
By supporting the skills development of young talent, Newrest actively contributes to strengthening the professionalization of the collective catering sector in Morocco, ensuring that tomorrow’s competencies are ready today.
This partnership reflects a forward-looking vision: investing in skills to strengthen the professionalization and sustainability of the sector.
