Newrest continues its expansion in Germany with new inflight catering contracts

Newrest is now offering its catering services at Munich Airport for its most important client, United Airlines. This strategic development is part of the group’s development across Europe.

Complete catering services for Berlin and Munich

The group signed an agreement with the airline in August 2025 at Berlin Airport, where it now operates a daily flight to New York.

Then at the beginning of October, Newrest expanded its services and operations to Munich Airport, with six daily flights to major U.S. cities such as San Francisco, Chicago, and Washington. Over thirty team members were mobilised to support this launch.

The group offers a full range of services. Breakfast, lunch, midflight service, or snacks: its catering offer varies depending on the route and travel class. It is thus extending its inflight catering services to all passenger categories to better meet customer expectations and ensure traveler satisfaction.

Newrest is ready for the next step

Soon, Newrest will begin a new phase of development at Frankfurt Airport, with up to 10 daily flights also benefiting from inflight catering services.
