A high-pressure competition
After a rigorous technical and creative evaluation, 16 Chefs were selected to continue the adventure and participate to particularly demanding semi-finals.
The competition took place in two semi-finals of eight candidates each, held on February 7th and 14th. In near-real competition conditions, the Chefs had to master every step, from preparation to plating, before presenting their creations to the jury for tasting. At the end of these intense rounds, four candidates per session were selected.
The eight finalists met in the grand final on April 7th, where they competed in creativity and precision to try to land first place.
At the end of this final confrontation, Chef Mahmoud ALLAM stood out by winning first prize thanks to a remarkable recipe: Rack of Lamb with Spring Garden Vegetables.

Chefs also took on numerous challenges, revealed their full potential, and presented remarkable recipes.
Congratulations to all the Chefs who took part in these events and who demonstrated outstanding creativity, determination, and tenacity.
