Chefs Unlimited Seminar, 3rd edition

Following the editions in Istanbul in 2024 and São Paulo in 2025, Newrest, a major player in out-of-home catering, organised the 3rd edition of its international seminar Chefs Unlimited on February 10 and 11. The event brought together 48 Chefs in Paris at the Institut des Arts Culinaires «Le Cordon Bleu».

A true internal programme of culinary excellence, Chefs Unlimited brings together Newrest’s gastronomic talents around a shared ambition: to celebrate cultural diversity, talent and the gastronomic creativity of the Group, present in 54 countries.

Over two days, the 48 chefs came together around an intensive and inspiring programme combining hands-on workshops, culinary demonstrations and collective discussions on the major challenges and opportunities of modern gastronomy.

The highlight of the seminar, the Chefs Unlimited Challenge allowed the Chefs to compete in a friendly culinary competition celebrating the excellence, creativity and spirit of sharing that drives the Group.

By choosing Paris and the Institut Le Cordon Bleu for this new edition, Newrest reaffirms its commitment to partnering with a world reference in culinary excellence and to continuing the development of its talents on a global scale.
