The Food Truck animation by Newrest Coralys for Rhône Alpes students

Thursday, May 3th at the La Chapelle preschool and Friday, May 4th at Saint-Laurent school, students were offered the opportunity to eat differently. They got to find out about an original catering style and make the most of a tasteful and healthy lunch served by Olivier.

On the menu : bruschettas (an Italian specialty, a slice of bread with selected ingredients) ; Pasta boxes (bolognese or salmon) ; yoghurt ; ice cream.

With the return of sunny days, children were able to get their meal from the Food Truck, equipped to prepare and sell food, giving them a break from their daily routine
