- Les Deux Gourmands: biscuit makers and beekeepers from Île-de-France, behind the iconic cookies served on board.
- Paysan Breton: a cooperative supporting the local dairy economy in Brittany and Pays de la Loire, producer of the semi-salted butter used in the ham club sandwich.
- C’est qui le Patron ?!: a cooperative initiative that allows consumers to directly support producers, such as with the apple juice served on TGV InOui trains.
