On Wednesday, November 26th, NFMS Maroc brought its teams together in Casablanca for a strategic day dedicated to the evolution of its Facility Management services, with the participation of the Vice President of Facility Management and a delegation from Newrest Türkiye. This key event combined vision, expertise sharing, and team cohesion to align all teams with the ambitions for the coming year.
A morning focused on vision and performance
The morning was dedicated to presenting the sector’s challenges and Newrest’s multi-technical expertise through its subsidiary Gepsa.
With an estimated growth of at least 4% per year, the Moroccan FM market is rapidly becoming more professional, making service quality, operational performance, and attention to client expectations essential. Participants were thus able to focus on the fundamentals of the business as well as areas for improvement and performance monitoring.
A moment of cohesion and sharing
The day concluded with a friendly lunch, followed by an introductory golf lesson for all participants: a special occasion to strengthen team spirit.
This seminar marks a new milestone in NFMS’s dynamic approach, with a clear vision: to become a benchmark in Facility Management in Morocco by placing performance, innovation, and customer experience at the heart of its priorities.
