First sports challenge of the season
The first challenges of the 2025–2026 season are underway! For the past five years, Newrest has been encouraging its employees to take on team-based sports challenges through the One Team Unlimited Challenge.
And the enthusiasm is still going strong: teams from around the world continue to proudly showcase Newrest’s colors at sporting events! Dog sledding, obstacle races, football tournaments, or treks in nature, our teams never run out of creative ideas to help us discover breathtaking landscapes and show just how united they are.
A 10 km race through the streets of Madrid
As part of the 2025–2026 One Team Unlimited Challenge, several members of the Spanish team took part in the “Madrid Corre por Madrid” race on September 21st. This sporting event is a perfect opportunity to explore the Spanish capital in a different way, by running through its historic and iconic streets.
The race kicked off at 9:00 AM, and participants followed a 10-kilometer route before crossing the finish line at Paseo de Camoens. Congratulations to all participants in this great challenge; together, we go further!
Uniting and pushing limits through sport
Sport is deeply rooted in Newrest’s DNA, which places great importance on values such as self-improvement, solidarity, and team spirit. That’s why our teams regularly take on new and exciting sports challenges, always driven by a spirit of mutual support and performance.
