Bigger, stronger: “Retail Banking, its strength is to be in contact with business leaders”, Eric Groven – 16/01
It is never too early to undertake. It is not Olivier Sadran who will say the opposite. At the age of 20, he set up his first company: a meal delivery service on the construction sites of the Toulouse metro. He then sold it to Sodexo, then founded Newrest in 1996, an out-of-home catering and catering business. It now has 28,000 employees and over 1 billion turnover in 49 countries. This prowess, Olivier Sadran was able to realize it with the support of its first bank. One wonders what role banks play in entrepreneurship. What are the funding barriers? How far do they impact on business growth? – With: Olivier Sadran, founder of Newrest. And Eric Groven, Deputy Director of Société Générale Retail Banking in France. – Good Morning Business, Monday, January 17th, 2017, presented by Stéphane Soumier, on BFM Business.
