This plan, which reviews and improves the one signed in 2011, establishes measures to correct the inequalities that may still exist in the company, both internally (economic conditions, levels of responsibility and conditions of promotion) and in relation to our suppliers. These provisions apply in particular to temporary work, for which a selection based on equality criteria is required. The new plan will last four years and includes biannual meetings during which we will pursue our goal of achieving full equality in our business.
