Newrest Restauration has set up “Les p’tits plats du Chefs” at the DGA

Newrest Restauration has created the concept”Les p’tits plats du Chef” for corporate restaurants. Now guests of the DGA Balma (Haute-Garonne, France) and of the DGA Saint-Médard-en-Jalles (Gironde, Haute-Garonne) are invited to spend a delicious time enjoying many small dishes of traditional French cuisine imagined every day by the Chef. Supplies are heavily reliant on local suppliers and short circuits.
