Newrest participates in the opening of a Foudie Dark Kitchen in Montpellier

On January 6th opens the second Foudie restaurant, in which Newrest holds shares alongside other actors of the Toulouse ecosystem such as the artists Bigflo & Oli or the investment fund Tolosa.
This opening in Montpellier reinforces Newrest’s position in the very dynamic Dark Kitchen market. This project is an opportunity to work in a transversal way and create real culinary experiences in line with current trends. The Group’s focus through this project is on marketing and culinary know-how. The relevance and popularity of these consumer experiences will be an opportunity for Newrest to integrate them into its out-of-home food service offerings.
Newrest sees this venture as an opportunity to eventually create true commercial catering concepts.
