Newrest Morocco, quality catering at the heart of airports
North africa

Newrest, a leader in concession and inflight catering in Morocco, also stands out in the field of retail catering. Present in 8 airports, Newrest Morocco is established throughout the country with numerous retail catering sites.
A network of sales points covering all of Morocco
With nearly 30 sales points spread across 8 key airports in the country (Casablanca, Agadir, Marrakech, Rabat, Fès, Tanger, Dakhla, and Oujda), Newrest Morocco offers a diverse and quality culinary experience. Twenty of these sales points are franchises, while 9 are internal brands developed by the group.
Thanks to its innovative and ambitious offer, Newrest Morocco continues to grow and effectively meet the needs of travelers, with a production capacity of up to 4,850 meals per day.
More than ten retail catering brands in airports
Newrest Morocco stands out with a diverse offer of more than 10 retail catering brands, both owned and franchised, present throughout the kingdom, in duty-free and non-duty-free areas.
Among these brands, the international franchises Paul and Illy Caffè are well known, as are the local franchises Medina and Mr. Brochette, famous for their authentic Moroccan flavors.
Additionally, in Casablanca and Oujda, travelers can discover the Moroccan franchise brand “Cocotte Naturellement Bon“. Its unique artisanal recipes based on organic poultry are free from artificial coloring and flavoring.
Rebranding and new concepts in 2024
In 2024, Newrest Morocco undertook several renovation and rebranding projects in its sales points.
In Casablanca, Newrest updated the branding of the Medina catering point, in the duty-free area. Previously decorated in brown and black tones, the site now features turquoise and gold colors, evoking the traditional Moroccan faience zellige. To ensure the harmony of the place, its decoration, display screens, point-of-sale advertising (POS), signage, and range have also been modernized.
Other transformation projects of sales points were carried out at Casablanca airport: Newrest Morocco renovated and modernized the Mr. Brochette sales points (in both duty-free and non-duty-free areas) as well as the Daily Break in the non-duty-free area of the airport. This New York-style retail catering concept has been redesigned with new furniture, and the group has deployed a new concept and a new offer.
Similarly, a new Daily Break sales point was set up in the domestic airport of Agadir, with a redesigned concept, an enriched offer, and entirely renewed furniture.
Finally, in Marrakech, the Medina sales point in the duty-free area benefited from a branding change, new display screens, as well as new POS and signage.
The year 2025 has just begun, but Newrest Morocco has already launched several great projects and plans to open new restaurants in April.
