On Thursday, November 13, Newrest Maroc took part in a new edition of Golf & Gastronomie, held this time at the heart of Bouskoura Golf City.

Since 2009, this prestigious gathering has combined culinary excellence and a passion for golf through an original concept: a course where each hole features a creation by a renowned chef.

For this edition, Newrest was present at the 5th hole, offering a tasting signed by Chef Hicham Allam: Black Tiger shrimp skewers, pineapple tartare with mild chili and argan oil.
A refined dish that immediately received enthusiastic compliments from the guests, impressed by the balance of flavors and the subtly revisited Moroccan touch.
