Newrest Jacrégal opened the employee’s cafeteria of the Médipôle in Noumea

After one year of construction and renovation work, Newrest Jacrégal has opened the employee’s restaurant of the brand-new hospital center Médipôle in Noumea. The New Caledonia’s staff has managed the restaurant and kitchen design but also its construction.

The restaurant can serve up to 500 covers per day (lunches and diners). An on plate service is delivered. Guests can choose between several starters, several main courses – of which a world dish or grilled food – and many desserts. A salad bar, a dessert bar and a snack service are also provided for the hospital center’s employees.

Newrest Jacrégal has been chosen to build the snack in the reception hall which will open on January 15th 2017.
