Newrest Gabon welcomes and trains our future managers

On September 16th, Newrest Gabon welcomed two young talents from the Savignac school, a hotel and culinary school in the South West of France. Thus, Florian joined Newrest Gabon as part of a Graduate Program, and Clément joined the entity as an intern.

Florian will stay one year with us as an international graduate in the Operations department. Clément will be assigned to the management and supervision of the Warehouse and will continue his apprenticeship until January 2021.

This experience within the subsidiary will allow them to acquire the needed skills to become a Manager. Besides, they will both contribute, by sharing their know-how, to professionalizing our teams.

Newrest Gabon is happy to integrate them into its teams and to continue to train the future talents at the heart of our HR strategy.

Since this program was launched in 2014, over 80% of the participants have obtained permanent positions with Newrest and now play an active role in the Group’s future.
