A number of recent events, such as the global pandemic, have shaken up employees’ attitudes, habits and priorities. Employees now want to feel good at work and be able to reconcile their professional and personal lives. To attract and retain staff, companies need more than ever to create a comfortable, innovative working environment that complies with health, safety and environmental standards.

Optimum infrastructure management has become a major factor in the attractiveness and performance of organisations.

Faced with these new challenges, the Newrest Group has constantly expanded its range of Facility Management services and now offers comprehensive operational and strategic management support for companies. Thanks to its agility, the group continues to expand by conquering new markets and establishing partnerships with new players:

In Morocco, NFMS teams were involved in renovating 905 m2 of office space for Salesforce in Casablanca, and built a new medical room. NFMS Polynesia wins its first park and green space maintenance contract

On 1 March 2024, NFMS Polynesia began its first contract to maintain the Tahua Motu Ovini landscaped park in the Faaa commune, not far from the airport. This emblematic public site in the commune has a number of features designed to provide the local population with a 30,000 m² leisure and relaxation area on the edge of the coastline. The development includes an impressive 600 m² “Fare Pote’e”, an esplanade, a refreshment area, an equipped sports trail, a beach volleyball court and a play area.

A team was mobilised to cover the cleaning of the car park, the roads and pathways, the paved paths, the “fare pote’e”, the seafront and the green spaces, as well as all the park’s furniture and equipment.

A renewed partnership in Algeria

On March 1 in Algeria, Newrest renewed its partnership with LafargeHolcim. The teams are responsible for cleaning the 6,000m2 facilities, the technical areas (quarry area, maintenance, kiln, maintenance, shipping, etc.) and managing the hotel, which can accommodate 80 guests on a full-board basis.

The teams deployed have been hard at work since 1 March, once again striving to meet their customers’ expectations.

Congratulations to all the teams for their agility and the exceptional quality of the technical support they offer their customers. Our commitment focuses on the reliability and continuity of our services, making an effective contribution to our customers’ performance and brand image.
