Newrest Chile wins 2 new Facility Management contracts in Santiago

Banco de Estado :

On April the 1st, Newrest Chile began operations with Banco de Estado at its Santa Anita headquarters in Santiago.

The service includes the management and monitoring of Banco de Estado’s contractors for maintenance services, both hard and soft Facility Management.

The maintenance of the building and green spaces food are included, as well as the waste management. Newrest is directly responsible for the internal messaging service and meeting room management.

Bechtel :

On May the 2nd , Bechtel opened the contract for the cleaning service for its 3 offices in Santiago.

With a team of 21 people and 2 shifts, Newrest is responsible for cleaning Bechtel’s various offices from Monday to Friday between 7am and 10pm.

These two contracts confirm Newrest’s expertise in Facility Management services and strengthen its presence in this sector.
