Newrest Catering for Val de Grâce in Paris

From July, Newrest Catering—the Group’s French subsidiary dedicated to institutional catering, and special partner to the French Army— offers its catering and canteen management services to approximately 520 soldiers lodged at the Val de Grâce site and at the École des Armées. The Newrest subsidiary serves breakfast, lunch and dinner, and also provides several other services throughout the day.

As part of the Vigipirate security alert system, various troops from the French Army (Air, Land and Marine forces) are accommodated in the old military hospital located in the 5^th arrondissement in Paris. This establishment is still remembered as the hospital that cared for several French Heads of State, as well as leading figures from allied countries.

Newrest Catering is off to a successful start and is brimming with ideas to offer complementary services to the military staff onsite.
