Newrest announces the acquisition of the EM Food Services company

EM Food Services PTE., Ltd was founded in 2009 by Alain Dupuis. This family business now makes €20 million in revenue a year and has over 1,000 employees in Cambodia and Myanmar, where it is one of the leading specialists in Food & Beverage services.
With this strategic acquisition, Newrest expects to significantly speed up its business development in Asia’s Contract Food Services market and build its Retail (bar and restaurant management) activities under concessions in the region’s airports.
