Newrest acquires GEPSA, a major player in FM services for sensitive sites

• Newrest acquires 100% of GEPSA, a major player in Facility Management services for sensitive sites.
• This acquisition is part of Newrest’s drive to strengthen its position in the FM sector.

Newrest announces today that it has signed the acquisition of 100% of the shares held by ENGIE Solutions in the company GEPSA. Since the late 1980s, GEPSA has consolidated and enriched its experience to become a major player in support services for sensitive sites.

GEPSA is now the reference partner in Facility Management on sites where the required level of security, either due to the activity or the occupants, is a specific issue. With a team of 900 employees, GEPSA is established across the country, being responsible for the operation of around sixty sites in France. GEPSA achieves a turnover of approximately €190 million.

Thanks to GEPSA and its expertise, Newrest will accelerate its development in France and abroad in the Facility Management segment.

The acquisition is subject to obtaining the necessary regulatory approvals in advance.
