New year, new challenges!

The past year has been marked by incredible challenges taken on by Newrest teams around the world. Here are some of the challenges:

• São Paulo International Marathon 2024 (Brazil): on April 7, three members of the Newrest GRU/Brasil team ran the 42 km São Paulo Marathon, after rigorous training with a professional runner. Over 18,000 participants took part in the race through the bustling streets of São Paulo.

• Rowing challenge in Turkey: on May 9 and 10, thirty Newrest Turkey collaborators took part in the in-house “One Team Unlimited Challenge”. Divided into two groups, they rowed on the Bosphorus and the Sea of Marmara, reinforcing team spirit and determination.

• Via Ferrata for Newrest Oslo (Norway): last July, the Newrest Oslo team brought together a team of adventurers to take up an extraordinary challenge on one of Norway’s most picturesque and spectacular cliffs: Trolltunga.

• A Pink Race in Toulouse (France): on July 24, head office teams took part in a race through the city of Toulouse, exploring the streets and monuments that make up the Pink City.

The group is entering the 4 year of the One Team Unlimited Challenge, and Newrest is keen to continue organizing these challenges to bring its employees together and encourage them to take on ever bolder challenges. These challenges not only pushed individual limits, but also strengthened cohesion and team spirit.
