A Successful New Opening for Newrest Morocco

On September 22, 2025, Newrest Morocco inaugurated a new restaurant for a prestigious banking sector client, located in the heart of Casablanca’s financial center.

Combining modernity and elegance, the restaurant offers a fully digitalized experience, featuring a welcome totem and interactive tablets at each food station.

The culinary offering also stands out for its wide variety, designed to satisfy every craving. Each day includes:

• A selection of plated starters and desserts
• Green: a salad bar with fresh, healthy ingredients
• Poké Bowl: hearty and balanced bowls
• Le Traditionnel: Moroccan flavor classics
• La Brasserie: refined and comforting dishes
• Little Gusto: celebrating the flavors of Italy
• BBQ Revolution: a station serving tender and flavorful grilled meats

The bread display has been designed to immerse guests in a gourmet bakery experience, offering superior variety and quality!

Since its opening, the restaurant already welcomes nearly 300 guests daily, with expectations of over 1,000 meals served per day once all three restaurants on site are fully operational.
