Two hundred meals are served every day to pupils and students between the ages of five and eighteen, as well as to the school’s personnel. The menus – both typically Costa Rican and continental – have been designed by a dietician and comply with the nutritional and energy needs of children.
A tuck shop is also open all day and sells hot and cold drinks, as well as savoury and sweet snacks.
