New contract for Newrest Peru with AJE group in Lima

Newrest teams are serving approximately 400 guests per day in 3 meal services: breakfast, lunch and dinner. To ensure the start of the services, part of the food for the first 3 days was delivered by the Inflight Catering unit located at the Lima airport, which serves as a backup engine if necessary. The official inauguration took place on January 3rd, 100% of production now being done by local teams on site.
