New catering concepts for young university students

Two concepts have been put in place at the University of Nouville.

The “Farm 2.0” concept caracterized by vintage colours gives the restaurant a friendly atmosphere where Newrest Caledonia teams serve nearly 500 meals every day. Amongts which, some local specialities such as “fresh start”, “farmer’s specialities” and “petites douceurs”.

Students come together at the cafeteria with the second concept: “Le Rendez-vous café des voyageurs” for salads, sandwiches and drinks.
