New Caledonia: Newrest has signed a partnership with RSMA

In September, Newrest and the RSMA signed an agreement to support 12 young Caledonians away from the labor market. This agreement will cover recruitment, training in the Group’s business lines and the professional integration of these young people, aged between 18 and 25 years old.

A military device for socio-professional training, the main objective of the RSMA-NC is to promote the integration of young Caledonians away from employment through a global approach that aims as much at learning professional skills as knowing to be.
