“Monster Chef” by Newrest Peru

Newrest Peru used the restaurant at HudBay, located 4000 meters above the Constancia mine, to hold the cooking competition “Monster Chef.” During this event, based on “Master Chef,” HudBay employees and subcontractors clashed as they were supervised and coached by Newrest chefs.

The jury, consisting of 2 HudBay members and a Newrest chef, tested a number of criteria in order to choose 3 winners.

The event was relayed through the Newrest mobile app and brought huge success to the remote site restaurant.
