Les p’tits plats du Chef at the Caserne Pérignon and Palais Niel in Toulouse

Since June 1st, 2018, the 300 guests can now order recipes from the concept “Les p’tits plats du Chef”, designed by Newrest. This concept is based on a traditional cuisine based on the use of fresh and local products.
