The application department

To develop and evolve its ERP Winrest solution, Newrest has created an application department, focused 80% on this solution. However, this department also plays an intermediary role, linking with clients regarding the third-party solutions that Newrest provides (such as Fracttal). Indeed, Winrest attracts with its multiple functionalities, but also because clients know that the third-party solutions they are accustomed to can be integrated.

 

The support department

After the installation of Winrest in a country, it is necessary to ensure follow-up and provide assistance if new needs or potential problems arise. This is where the Winrest support department comes in. It is not enough to develop innovative tools; it is also essential to train users in each country. Newrest experts remain attentive to monitor modification needs, adapt the solution, and make it evolve over time.

The use of Winrest throughout the group, even though the solution is customized, allows for the standardization of practices and the continuous improvement of tools.

 

The technical department

On its part, the technical department includes the management of all national and international system and network infrastructures, the Cloud, application licenses, workstations, email accounts, etc. This department guarantees the group’s security through its technical expertise, overseen by a compliance team to ensure its application in all countries.

 

Data valuation
