Thanks to the online ordering module Order’EAT and crowd sensors present in company restaurants, Newrest chefs can estimate the number of expected or already present guests.
Based on forecasts and received orders, they will be able to adjust the quantities for each dish to be prepared. Connect’EAT thus optimizes the chefs’ work and limits the overproduction of dishes.
