Newrest in Madrid provides the onboard catering services of AirEuropa. Passengers traveling in Business Class can now taste the dishes of the Spanish chef Martín Berasategui, who combines creativity, technique, professionalism and quality.

On this occasion, on May 31st, AirEuropa has invited its Key Account clients to visit the facilities of Newrest in Madrid, in the presence of Chef Martín Berasategui. Visitors have also tasted some new dishes served on board: lasagna with anchovies and vegetables accompanied by a Basque gaspacho, cod confit with emulsion of smoked eel, etc…
