Madagascar: Newrest was present at the Tamatave job fair

On October 25th and 26th, Newrest Madagascar, under the leadership of its Human Resources department, took part in the Tamatave Employment Fair, gathering just over 120 companies.

This job fair was intended to provide visibility for companies recruiting in a country where unemployment now affects more than 4 million citizens (70% of whom are under 30 years of age).

Newrest Madagascar, whose double stand was ideally located, welcomed nearly 1,500 visitors from the 15,000 registered participants. The quality of the display, the stand and interventions of our different departments (QHSE, Maintenance …) have received 291 CV.

A little more than a hundred “speed interviews” were also conducted during these two days by the Human Resources team and some candidates, with great potential, will join our organization in the coming months.
